This space in historic, downtown Sumner, WA has been many things over the last 100+ years but honestly, she’s never looked better. We would love to introduce you to SoHo Event Loft, the multi-purpose, multi-use 1200 square foot event space brought to you by none other than your fave retreat - Solei & Co. Day Spa.

Concrete floors, brick walls, a ginormous fireplace, and those soaring 20-foot ceilings with exposed beams - it was love at first sight! We couldn't resist turning this gem into the hottest event spot in town. And trust us, once you step in, you'll be ready to throw down some serious celebrations too. So get ready to mix and mingle in style at SoHo Event Loft - where history and good vibes come together.

    Our space is big enough to accomodate a crowd and intimate enough for a small, special gathering.

    Can’t be bothered? We got you. Planning assistance is available - as little or as much as you like.

  • SoHo Loft can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the Event Rental Agreement. Guests can reschedule their event one time (within a specified period) without forfeiting their deposit.

  • Absolutely! There are no stairs and the entire event space is ADA friendly.

  • SoHo Event Loft is best suited for adults & older children.

    Since the space isn’t child-proofed, we can’t accommodate younger kiddos — thank you for understanding!

  • For most events, there is a minimum rental period of 3 hours but there are exceptions. Maximum? We haven’t needed one yet but maybe you party toooooo hard…..we can talk about it.

  • Guests choose SoHo Event Loft for its unique design and atmosphere.
    Our space is thoughtfully styled rather than a blank canvas, and that intentional character is exactly what makes it special.

  • To help your event run smoothly, please plan to include set-up and clean-up within your rental time.

    We share cleaning guidelines with all guests, and you’re always welcome to add our clean-up service for an additional fee. Events that don’t meet the outlined standards may be subject to a cleaning fee.

  • Yes! Guests will need to acquire a banquet permit through the Liquor and Cannabis Board - Homepage

    If you’re interested in hiring a professional bartender let us know and we can send you our preferred vendor list. Please remember to always drink responsibly.

  • Yes and no. Washington State law only allows packaged food or food prepared by licensed food vendors to be served at event venues. No homemade food or potlucks will be allowed. Need some help? Ask for a list of our preferred vendors.

About the Space:

SoHo Event Loft is a 1200 square foot event space in the heart of historic, downtown Sumner, connected to Solei & Co. Day Spa. We are conveniently located near shops and restaurants and only 3 minutes from the Sounder train station. A massive dining table can seat 26, we have 2 soft seating areas, and our kitchen and dining area provides even more accommodations.
